SALT LAKE CITY (AP)-A man accused of killing a Utah college student has been ordered to stand trial on charges he sexually assaulted another woman he met on a dating site more than a year before the slaying.
The 31-year-old man pleaded not guilty Friday to felony kidnapping and three counts of forcible sexual abuse.
He is separately charged with murder in the death of 23-year-old Mackenzie Lueck, a student from California who disappeared after meeting up with him in a park in June. Her charred and bound body was later found in a Utah canyon.
