SALT LAKE CITY-Sunday, covid-19 statistics were updated for Utah by the state department of health.

310,692 Utahns have been vaccinated. This is an increase of 10,176 from Saturday.

247,681 Utahns (79.7 percent) have received one dose.

63,011 Utahns (20.3 percent) have received the recommended two doses.

In Wasatch County, 3,244 residents have been vaccinated. This is an increase of 192 in the past 24 hours.

2,715 Wasatch County residents (83.7 percent) have received one dose.

529 Wasatch County residents (16.3 percent) have received both doses.

88.4 percent of cases statewide (306,385-346,624) are recovered. This represents a state record for the fifth consecutive day.

11.1 percent of cases statewide (38,574-346,624) are active cases.

In the past 24 hours, new recoveries (2,311) exceeded new active cases (-1,119) and new net recorded cases (1,194).
