WASATCH COUNTY, Sunday morning, UDOT reports a stalled vehicle is on eastbound US 40 south of Heber City.
The vehicle is at milepost 33, 12 miles south of Heber City and was reported at 10:28 am.
There is an estimated clearance time of 11:26 am.
