(Moab, UT) — After Colorado released gray wolves back into its western front, Utah Ranchers are worried about the endangered species eventually crossing into Utah. A spokesperson of the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources told the Salt Lake Tribune, the organization is ready to take any wolf that crosses into Utah and safely return it to Colorado. The grey wolf is a protected species under the Endangered Species Act in southern Utah. The state legislature has given nearly five-million dollars toward anti-wolf activists in the past decade.
