Several New Laws Take Effect In Utah

(St. George, UT) — Utahns will be seeing several new laws in 2024. Among those changes include a cut in the gas tax in order to save Utahns two cents a gallon at the pump for the next four years. But, with the cut comes an increase to charging vehicles and a two-dollar bump in all vehicle registration fees. Other new laws taking effect this year involve children’s health care and online dating. And, don’t forget, Utah starts the new year with a new flag, as well.
