Remains Found In Spanish Fork Belong To Missing Woman 

(Spanish Fork, UT)  –  The state medical examiner’s office says remains found in a Spanish Fork home belong to a woman who disappeared nearly 20 years ago.  The office confirmed yesterday that a skull and other human remains found in a backyard shed belong to Peggy Sue Case.  Case was a previous tenant of the home who was reported missing in 1998.  Spanish Fork police are reviewing evidence gathered during the original investigation and plan to let the Utah County Attorney’s Office decide how to proceed in the case.Â
