Poll Shows Cox With Strong Approval Rating

(Salt Lake City, UT) — A big percentage of Utahns like the job Governor Spencer Cox is doing. The latest Deseret News/Hinckley Institute of Politics poll shows 63-percent of people surveyed approve of Cox, a figure that’s been pretty steady over the past six months. Cox had 63-percent approval in December and 64-percent in May. Twenty-eight percent of those surveyed said they disapprove of the governor and ten-percent don’t know or don’t have an opinion.
