Police Warn Of Solar Salesmen Scam 

Unified Police are warning homeowners to watch out for a group of thieves who pose as solar panel salesmen.  Investigators say the group pretends to sell solar systems, but is actually breaking into homes when it finds no one is there.  Thousands of dollars in cash, jewelry and other valuables have been reported stolen in break-ins in Herriman and South Jordan.  Police are asking homeowners to watch for a dark-colored sedan with multiple suspects who spread out in a neighborhood looking for potential victims.
