NWS Heat Advisories In Place

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Residents may expect extreme heat to stay today. Forecasters say these hot temperatures are the result of a high-pressure ridge that is set up over New Mexico. Temperatures could reach the upper 90s and lower 100s. Residents need to stay hydrated and avoid the sun as much as possible.
