73.72 percent of cases in Utah are recovered (78,212-106,083) per Monday’s report.
25.7 percent of cases in Utah (27,298-106,083) are active.
There are 50,914 more recoveries than active cases in Utah. Recoveries have outnumbered active cases in Utah for 22 consecutive days.
There are 5,102 recorded hospitalizations for covid-19 in Utah. Of these, 299 are currently hospitalized, or 5.86 percent.
Of the 299, 112 are currently in ICU or 37.5 (37.45) percent. ICU is 68.9 percent occupied in Utah per Monday’s report.
Two new deaths attributed to covid-19 occurred in Utah, raising the total to 574. The current death percentage is at 0.541 percent.
Wasatch County saw 26 new cases of covid-19 in the past 24 hours, raising the net total to 1,107. The hospitalizations (42) and deaths (9) attributed to covid-19 in Wasatch County remain unchanged in the past 24 hours.
The most recent death attributed to covid-19 in Wasatch County occurred October 14.
