(Washington, DC) — Mike Lee has some New Year’s resolutions. Senator Lee said yesterday he wants to stop funding for refugees that’s proposed in the Health and Human Services spending bill. He calls the proposal nonsense. Lee also writes on X he wants his SAVE Act to pass. It requires proof of citizenship to vote. He also wants to codify the MAGA agenda, especially on immigration and enforcement. The Senate is due to convene today for a pro forma session.
