WASATCH COUNTY, Utah-Situated near Jordanelle Reservoir, Mayflower Mountain Resort will consist of 5,600 acres featuring special accommodations for members of the military upon its completion.
It will feature 388 hotel rooms and 55 private residences in a convenient location just off of the Mayflower exit from U.S. Highway 40. Of the 388 rooms, 100 will be reserved for military members with a preferential rate based on rank.
The property, purchased by Extell Development in November 2017 will have 75,000 square feet of ballrooms, per Extell Development senior vivce president Kurt Kireg.
It is anticipated that the military hotel and select ski lifts will be ready by the 2021-22 ski season.
