Man Sentenced For Sexually Touching Child He Babysat 

(Hurricane, UT)  –  A man will spend up to 15 years in prison for inappropriately touching a six-year-old girl while babysitting her.  Prosecutors say Edward Paulus also didn’t tell the girl’s mother that he was a registered sex offender when he took care of her.  “The Spectrum” reports Paulus pleaded guilty in the case in an effort to avoid a life sentence.  A conviction more than two decades ago for sexual abuse of a child is what led to Paulus registering as a sex offender.  He also has similar charges on his juvenile record. Â
