Man Killed In Washington County Crash ID’d 

(Washington County, UT)  –  Authorities are identifying the man who was killed in a head-on collision in Washington County.  It happened Monday night on state Route 18 south of Enterprise.  Police say 28-year-old Randy Hafen was driving northbound when he crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a semi-truck.  Police say they don’t believe drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash. Â
