Man Convicted Of 2010 Murder Of Millard County DeputyÂ

(Salt Lake City, UT)  –  A man already serving time in Utah now faces an even longer term in a federal prison.  A federal jury found Roberto Roman guilty of the 2010 murder of a Millard County Sheriff’s deputy yesterday.  Roman’s conviction for killing Josie Greathouse Fox comes more than four years after a state court trial ended in his acquittal.  He will be sentenced in April, but his lawyers are already planning an appeal.Â
