Major Snowfall For Parts of Southern Utah

(Cedar City, UT) — Utah’s Southern Mountains are about to get a heavy dose of snow. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for the region beginning this morning and lasting until tomorrow night. Forecasters say ten to 20 inches could fall during the storm, and up to 30 inches in the higher elevations of the Tushar and Pine Valley mountains. Brian Head and Alton are among the cities under warning, and drivers should expect difficult travel conditions.
