GRANTSVILLE, Utah-Friday, Utah 3rd District Judge Dianna Gibson ordered an injunction against the Collin Raye concert that was to occur Saturday at The Amphitheater at Studio Ranch outside of Grantsville.
Gibson ruled against this event because it would violate both Utah and Tooele County public health orders and the organizers hadn’t tried to secure a permit.
The concert, which was also to be a venue for small businesses owners to have an opportunity to get back on their feet, was originally scheduled for Kaysville but had been moved to Grantsville May 21.
