Heber Light & Power With Important Information For Customers

HEBER CITY, Utah-Wednesday afternoon, Heber Light & Power issued a press release which contains important information for customers amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

-If Heber Valley residents use medical equipment in the home requiring electricity, they should talk to health care providers about how they can prepare for its use during a power outage.

-The Utah Energy Assistance Program (HEAT) continues to be in operation. However, they are doing all they can to limit face-to-face interaction.

-As has been previously mentioned, the Heber City-based utility is temporarily suspending disconnects for non-payment. However, customers who have trouble paying their bill are encouraged to call and make arrangements so they do not get further behind at this time.

-In hopes of limiting face-to-face interaction, Heber Light & Power is available over the phone and at their drive-up window, located at 31 S. 100 West in Heber City to assist with customer service needs. Please call (435) 654-1851 to reach a customer service representative.
