Heber City Offices are still open for business. But officials are asking patrons to find alternative ways to pay bills. In a letter sent to citizens it stated, “We recognize the stress that the impact of COVID-19 may be having on you, your family, and/or your business. The health and safety of our customers, employees, and partners is always our top focus. We are closely monitoring the situation and adjusting to the evolving conditions.
In an effort to ensure that we can continue to provide reliable and safe service, we strongly encourage customers to only come in to the office if you can’t conduct business over the phone, through email or online https://www.heberut.gov/ Emails for all departments can be found on our website.
All City Payments can be made in the following ways:
- Dropbox – there is a secure drop box on the North side of the building accessed by the drive-through lane on 100 North
- Online at https://www.heberut.gov/257/Online-Payments,
- Phone payments can be made with City staff during business hours; 435-654-0757
- Interactive Voice Recognition 855-603-9196, this service is available 24 hours a day, you will need your account number to use this service.
If you are facing financial difficulties, please contact us. You may be eligible for short-term payment extensions. We are committed to ensuring that you can focus on the essential things you need to keep your families healthy and safe, without worrying about your water service.”
