SALT LAKE CITY-Monday, Utah Gov. Gary Herbert mandated masks be worn at all state facilities through Friday July 10. Furthermore, if any Wasatch County residents go into neighboring Summit County, such as to loyal Heber Valley Radio sponsor, the Mirror Lake Station of Kamas, masks are required.
