29.69 percent of cases statewide (61,925-209,170) are active cases.
In the past 24 hours, new recoveries (3,381) exceeded both new net recorded cases (3,005) and new active cases (-384).
There are 84,395 more recoveries than active cases in Utah per Friday’s report.
Of the 8,652 all-time hospitalizations attributed to covid-19, 587 are currently hospitalized or 6.78 percent.
Of the 587, 203 are in ICU or 34.58 percent of occupancy statewide.
85.9 percent of ICU beds are occupied in Utah and 89.7 percent of ICU referral center beds.
925 deaths have been attributed to covid-19 statewide or 0.442 percent of all-time cases.
Wasatch County has 2,413 all-time covid-19 cases, 61 all-time hospitalizations and 13 all-time deaths attributed to the virus.
