There have been 75,157 recorded cases of covid-19 in state history per Friday’s report. This is an increase of 1,107 in the past 24 hours but -300 in the net total from last Friday. Friday is traditionally the high peak day of the week for recorded data.
845,583 Utahns have been tested for covid-19. This is an increase of 9,365 in the past 24 hours.
There have been 56,167 recoveries from covid-19 in Utah. This is an increase of 657 in the past 24 hours. The current recovery percentage in Utah is 74.7 percent.
There are 18,516 active cases of covid-19 in Utah. This is an increase of 435 in the past 24 hours. The current active case percentage in Utah is 24.6 percent.
There have been 3,916 recorded hospitalizations of covid-19 in Utah. Of these, 190 are currently hospitalized (-11 from Thursday) or 4.9 percent.
Of the 190, 73 are in ICU (-3 from Thursday) or 38.4 percent. ICU is 68.9 percent occupied in Utah presently.
There were 15 new deaths reported Friday that have been attributed to covid-19, raising the total to 474.

Wasatch County saw 11 new cases of covid-19 in the past 24 hours, raising the net total to 810.
