KANAB, Utah (AP)-Per a report from KUTV-2 News southern Utah correspondent D.J. Bolerjack, former Kane County Treasurer Georgia Baca was in court Thursday in the 6th District Court in Kanab.
The 53-year-old Baca, who is now a resident of Washington County, was charged October 6 of last year with four felonies for allegedly transferring more than $33,000 in Kane County funds to her personal bank account, per the Salt Lake Tribune.
