Fireworks Allowed In Certain Areas of Heber Valley

HEBER CITY, Utah-Per a report in the Wasatch Wave released Wednesday, the Wasatch County Fire Authority has confirmed fireworks will be allowed in incorporated areas of Daniel, Charleston, Heber City and Midway for the 4th and 24th of July.

In Wallsburg, no fireworks will be allowed nor in any Wasatch County areas outside of city limits.

Class “C” fireworks may be purchased between June 24-July 25, December 29-31 and two days before and on Chinese New Year’s Eve.

The discharge of fireworks is only permitted between 11:00 am and 11:00 pm (except as noted) July 2-5 (on July 4, this is extended until midnight), July 22-25 (July 24, this is extended until midnight), December 31 (11:00 am-1:00 am January 1) and Chinese New Year’s Eve (11:00 am-1:00 am the following day).
