ST. GEORGE, Utah-Friday, Dixie State University announced that the class of 2020 will have their day in the sun, albeit after the commencement of meteorological winter.
By virtue of feedback received from graduating seniors, Dixie State administration will host an in-person graduation Friday December 11 at Burns Arena.
This is contingent on there being no social distancing regulations at this time.
Dixie State administration has done their best to provide sufficient advance notice for graduates ahead of this event.
Graduates must RSVP by August 1. They can do so by filling out the form located at www.dixie.edu/commencement.
The Dixie State University community expresses its appreciation for what all of these graduates have accomplished.
Graduates are asked to check back regularly to keep updated on specific information pertaining to this graduation ceremony. This includes commencement’s starting time, which has not yet been revealed, processional information, the Grad Fair and other vital details to be released at a future date.
