Crash Victim ID’d

(Salt Lake City, UT) — UHP is identifying a young woman killed in Washington County yesterday as 19-year-old Abbigayl Kraushaar. UHP says she ran a stop sign and was hit by a pickup on State Route 19 15 miles north of St. George at around 8:30 last night. The pickup driver was seriously injured but is expected to recover.
