HEBER CITY, Utah-Per the official Twitter of UDOT, the first incident they have reported on in the Heber Valley in the new year has occurred.
The accident is at milepost 11 on the right shoulder of the road on eastbound U.S. 40 two miles north of Heber City and occurred at 6:23 pm.
The estimated clearance time at this stage is 7:20 pm.
The weather forecast for the evening confirms that snow is expected to continue, intermittently at times, throughout the rest of the night.
