HEBER CITY, Utah-Monday, there was a crash north of Heber City as reported by UDOT.
The incident occurred at 9:55 am on eastbound U.S. Highway 40 at milepost 12 on the right shoulder.
The estimated clearance time is pegged at 10:54 am.
