HEBER CITY, Utah-Monday, per the official Twitter of UDOT, a crash occurred in both directions on U.S. 189 at Milepost 27 in Heber City near 3000 South.
The incident occurred at 11:36 am. UDOT estimates the clearance time at 12:32 pm.
