(Salt Lake City, UT) — Governor Spencer Cox kicked off Utah’s “Constitution Month” with a speech at the state Capitol yesterday. Earlier this year, Cox signed a law designating September as a month to celebrate the U.S. Constitution. In his speech launching the state’s first Constitution Month, Cox said celebrating the Constitution is as important as celebrating the Declaration of Independence on the Fourth of July. Cox said, “I don’t think you can have one of those documents without the other.”
