(Colorado City, UT) – Lawyers for a woman suing the Fundamentalist Latter-day Saints church and its former leader, Warren Jeffs, are asking for a default judgment. Elissa Wall’s lawyers told a judge yesterday that the church and Jeffs have not responded to the suit. Wall’s lawyers didn’t say exactly how much she’s seeking but told the judge it was over a million. Wall was forced to marry her cousin as a teenager by Jeffs. She’ll testify in court in July.  Â
