(St. George, UT) – Students at Dixie State and Southern Utah University could see their tuition go up next year. The state Board of Regents will consider increases of five-percent and two-and-a-half-percent for each school, respectively, during its meeting at D-S-U tomorrow. Statewide, regents will vote on a proposal to raise tuition by over three-percent. The board says the increase is the lowest in nearly two decades thanks in part to increased legislative funding. Â
