SALT LAKE CITY-Tuesday, after being disqualified from the Utah gubernatorial election on the Republican, Aimee Winder Newton announced she has joined candidate Spencer Cox’s campaign. Her disqualification occurred after she did not advance from the ballot from the convention.
RT to welcome @AWinderNewton to #VoteCox!
With four candidates in the race, Aimee endorsed Spencer and Deidre – consistent conservatives and proven leaders – because they will be "unequivocally dedicated to Utah."
Thank you for your support, Councilwoman! #utpol pic.twitter.com/tnDMBZMBq5
