Man Accused Of Sexual Abuse Eschews Plea Deal 

(Enterprise, UT)  –  A man facing a dozen counts in a child sex abuse case eschews a plea agreement.  Kevin Betony pleaded not guilty to child sex abuse charges in court yesterday after prosecutors had offered him a deal in exchange for guilty pleas, according to The Spectrum.  Investigators have not released much information about the 37-year-old Enterprise man’s case but say he has a long rap sheet, including nearly two dozen intoxication convictions.  No word on exactly when Betony will go to trial but prosecutors say it will be sometime in the summer. Â
