(St. George, UT) — Authorities have filed a felony conspiracy to rape a child charge against a man accused of trying to pay for sex with an underage girl. Taylor Hummel was also arrested on a sexual solicitation count last week after investigators say they found an online ad he posted. Investigators reportedly posed as the mother of an underage girl and communicated with the 22-year-old Saint George man, arresting him at a place they arranged to meet. The Spectrum reports Hummel faces life in prison if convicted.
