(Las Vegas, NV) – A national restaurant association is telling tourists to avoid Utah because of its new DUI law. The American Beverage Institute is running a full-page ad in the “Las Vegas Review-Journal” today telling Nevada travelers to stay out of Utah or risk being arrested. The headline of the ad reads, “Utah: Come For Vacation, Leave On Probation.” In March, Governor Gary Herbert signed into law a bill that lowers the blood-alcohol level for DUI to 0.05, the lowest threshold in the U.S.Â
