(Reno, NV) — The Salt Lake Bees suffered a 7-3 loss to the Aces in the finale of a four-game set in Reno. Nolan Fontana drove in two runs for Salt Lake, which dropped to 52-and-46. Cesar Puello plated a run and scored in defeat. The Bees return home to begin a four-game series with the Albuquerque Isotopes tonight.
Elsewhere in minor league baseball, the Owlz edged the Great Falls Voyagers, 2-1, in Orem. The Owlz improved to 22-and-8 on the season. The Ogden Raptors outslugged the Osprey, 11-7, in Missoula. Ogden is 16-and-14 on the year.
