ROOSEVELT, Utah (AP)-Alexa Walker found the net twice, helping the Juab Wasps to a 6-2 win over Union Thursday in Region 14 girls soccer action. Chantele Taylor, Reggie Myers, Sydney Kuhni and Tatum Hyatt also added goals in the win for Juab.
RICHFIELD, Utah (AP)-Lina Biasi amassed a hat trick and the Parowan Rams beat their second 3-A foe on the season with a 3-2 win over Richfield in non-region girls soccer action Thursday. Courtney Tubbs and Jaden Sedgwick each scored in the loss for the Wildcats. The Rams beat Juab last week, giving Parowan a highly successful start to the season thus far.

MT. PLEASANT, Utah (AP)-The North Sanpete Hawks overpowered Class 4-A’s Maple Mountain 25-12, 25-19 and 25-12 to prevail 3-0 in non-region volleyball action Thursday.
FILLMORE, Utah (AP)-The Juab Wasps used a dominant 25-11 surge in the fourth set to overpower Millard 3-1 Thursday in non-region volleyball action.
