(Albuquerque, NM) — The Salt Lake Bees scored six runs in the first en route to a 12-0 win over the Isotopes in the opener of a four-game set in Albuquerque. Rey Navarro went 3-for-4 with two runs and four RBI for the Bees, who improved to 66-and-65. Tony Sanchez also plated four runs in the win. The series continues tonight.
Elsewhere in minor league baseball, the Grand Junction Rockies ripped the Owlz, 9-4, in Orem. The Owlz dropped to 39-and-20. The Ogden Raptors smacked 20 hits in a 13-6 win over the Chukars in Idaho Falls. Ogden improved to 38-and-22.
