MONROE, Utah (AP)-Alexis Winter netted a hat trick and the Emery Spartans blasted South Sevier 6-0 Thursday in Region 15 girls soccer action. Mileena McElvaney earned the shutout in victory for the Spartans.
RICHFIELD, Utah (AP)-Ashton Wood and Avalin Cook each scored twice as the Manti Templars clobbered Richfield 7-1 in Region 15 girls soccer action Thursday. Ally Squire, Jayci Jolley and Nicole Nelson also scored for the Templars in the rout. Sadie Yardley had the sole goal in defeat for the Wildcats.
LINDON, Utah (AP)-Reggie Myers had the sole goal of the game as the Juab Wasps outlasted Maeser Prep 1-0 Thursday in Region 14 girls soccer action.

RICHFIELD, Utah (AP)-The Richfield Wildcats got a key 25-23 win in the fourth set to complete a 3-1 rout of Canyon View in non-region girls volleyball action Thursday.
NEPHI, Utah (AP)-The Juab Wasps won decisively in their sets Thursday, getting each win by at least 10 points in besting Providence Hall 3-1 Thursday in Region 14 volleyball action.
GUNNISON, Utah (AP)-Kanab endured a close call in the first set before running away with the second and third sets decisively, prevailing 3-0 over the Gunnison Bulldogs in Region 18 volleyball action.
PANGUITCH, Utah (AP)-McCall Tebbs posted nine kills and Karlee Eyre added five more as well as a .556 hitting percentage as Panguitch overpowered Wayne 3-0 Thursday in non-region volleyball action.
