HEBER CITY, Utah-Ryder Hansen led the way with 17 points and the Springville Red Devils waxed Wasatch 53-49 in Region 8 boys basketball action Friday at the Nest. Colin Hughes had 11 points in defeat for the Wasps. The loss dropped head coach James Ballstaedt’s squad to 4-7 on the season. SPRINGVILLE, Utah-Addisyn Johnson netted 12 points and the Springville Red Devils routed Wasatch 41-20 in Region 8 girls basketball action Friday. Chiara Serre’s 9 points led the Wasps in the loss, as they fell to 2-5 in defeat.
