SALT LAKE CITY-Monday, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints set preliminary regulations for Church-wide events in 2021.
This was done via a notice sent to stake presidents, bishops and other leaders.
The notice confirms these events are to “help individuals and families come closer to Jesus Christ through inspiration and instruction shared during these global broadcasts.”
As covid-19 continues to be a matter of importance throughout the world, the notice encourages Church leaders to continue guidelines issued by local authorities and The First Presidency for gathering to participate in these events.
An event article for the following events will be published on events.churchofjesuschrist.org in English.
Stake and district technology specialists can find updated streaming, languages and rebroadcast details in broadcast notices published at letters.churchofjesuschrist.org several weeks before an event.
