73.35 [73.4] percent of covid-19 cases in Utah (84,101-114,656) are recovered per Saturday’s report.
26.1 percent of covid-19 cases in Utah (29,951-114,656) are active cases.
For the 27th consecutive day in Utah, new recoveries in a 24-hour period (1,349) exceeded new active cases (372).
There are 54,150 more recoveries in Utah than active cases.
317 of the 5,463 all-time Utah hospitalizations for covid-19 are currently hospitalized, or 5.802 percent.
Of the 317, 132 are in ICU or 41.6 percent of ICU occupancy in the state. ICU occupancy is at 75.7 percent in Utah per Saturday’s report.
604 deaths in Utah have been attributed to covid-19, dropping the death rate percentage to 0.5267 [0.527] percent.
Wasatch County now has 1,204 recorded cases of covid-19, 46 all-time hospitalizations and 9 deaths.
The most recent death attributed to covid-19 in Wasatch County occurred October 14.
