CHARLESTON, Utah-Friday morning, UDOT released a driver alert confirming U.S. Highway 189 is experiencing congestion in both directions at milepost 24.
This is because of a crash in the region that occurred at 11:56 am.
Delays are expected in the area.

UDOT has since declared a clearance time of 1:00 pm.
