ROY, Utah-Saturday, Wasatch High School boys and girls cross country competed at the Royal Run at Roy HIgh School.
The Wasps’ girls squad placed fourth with a score of 155 with the Wasatch boys placing seventh with a score of 195.
The Wasatch girls were paced by senior Abbie Randall (13th place, 18:18.50), sophomore Allison Munck (19th place, 18:29.40) senior Danielle Krull (34th place, 19:10.30), sophomore Lillie Randall (46th place, 19:36.90), freshman Tesha Krull (48th place, 19:39.70) and sophomore Abigail Krull (80th place, 21:00.50)
The Wasps’ boys were led by senior Andrew Sullivan (6th place, 15:28.90), sophomore Trevor Hardy (32nd place, 16:20.20), junior Carson Guymon (43rd place, 16:33.00), senior Corbin Broadhead (49th place, 16:42.40), junior Zack Goode (66th place, 17:03.30) and senior Ethan Huntsman (67th place, 17:03.70).
Winning the girls title was Layton as the Lancers posted a score of 62.
The individual girls’ champion was Herriman junior Addi Bruening (17:19.50).
The boys’ team title was won by Herriman with the Mustangs netting a score of 46.
Herriman’s Evan Harris earned the boys’ individual title with a time of 15:09.30.
