As gusts exceed 20 miles per hour in the Heber Valley this hour, Heber Light & Power has detected a power outage caused by high winds in Midway.
Crews are presently working to remove a cottonwood tree that has fallen onto the line.
The Heber City-based utility admonishes Heber Valley residents to be cautious of sustained outages caused by these gusts.
