HEBER CITY, Utah-This morning, in Heber City, UDOT reports a traffic accident on eastbound 1200 South (U.S. Highway 40) on Main Street.
The incident occurred at 8:36 am on the right shoulder with an estimated clearance of 9:45 pm.
