SOUTH SALT LAKE, Utah-South Salt Lake City, per a Wednesday report, confirms an additional well for the city is being turned on this evening.
City officials say this may cause water discoloration and possible fizziness as residents seek to use it for various purposes.
Authorities assure South Salt Lake residents that the water is safe to drink and use notwithstanding the odd appearance it may prove to have.
If residents need a hydrant to be flushed in their area, they are encouraged to call the city at 1-801-483-6045 or by emailing water@sslc.com with their address.
