CEDAR CITY, Utah-Thursday, Southern Utah University confirmed prorated meal fund plans are being offered to students who had an active meal plan during Spring semester 2020 and who had a balance of unused meals at their time of departure.
Students living off-campus during spring 2020 should please send an email to spring2020mealplans@suu.edu.
They should include their following information:
-name
-T-number
-Cedar City address (while attending school)
-current address
-date of departure from Cedar City
-phone number
-preferred method of contact–email or phone call
For eligible students, refunds will be processed through their SUU student account the week following the end of the semester: April 24, 2020.
Refunds will be applied to any unpaid spring semester charges on a student account prior to distribution of funds.
Remaining student funds will be paid via direct deposit or manual check. For a quicker refund, individuals are required to sign up for direct deposit if they have not already done so.
This may be completed through the mySUU portal using the “Direct Deposit” link in the APPS section.
*Meal-plan refunds for students who lived in SUU on-campus housing were processed April 6-10 based on checkout dates.
Any students checking out after April 3 will need to submit a request through the spring2020mealplans@suu.edu.
