ST. GEORGE, Utah-Tuesday evening, Dixie State men’s basketball signed a pair of new recruits as they make the move to Division I next season.
They include former Desert Hills guard Mason Chase and former McCook (Neb.) CC guard Raheim Sullivan.
Chase was productive for the Thunder, averaging 9.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game during his career at Desert Hills.
Last sesason, Chase averaged 16.4 points and 3.7 rebounds per game for the 13-13 Thunder.
Sullivan, a Canadian national out of Toronto, averaged 16.8 points and 4 assists per game for the Indians.
Sullivan is the second McCook product to sign with a Utah university this week as his teammate, Le’Trey Darthard signed with Utah Valley Monday.
